When you make an inquiry
Our form asks for your name, phone number, project location, project type and message. We use these details to respond to you and discuss the services you have requested. Please do share only a city or area for the project location. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, dates of birth or other sensitive information in your message.
How your message reaches us
Inquiries are sent through Resend to our business email inbox. This website does not store submissions in a database. Copies of your message may remain in our email inbox and in our email providers’ delivery records. Access and retention are subject to those providers’ services and our handling of your inquiry. Resend receives the five form fields in an email to our business inbox at paramplanner32@gmail.com; we do not forward your browser headers or IP address as part of that email.
Spam prevention
To limit spam, we use Upstash to hold temporary submission counters and keyed hashes of contact numbers and inquiry content. Where our host supplies a trusted network address, we also use a keyed hash of that address or network prefix. We do not send raw form fields or visitor IP addresses to this store. Rate-limit records expire within 24 hours of their last accepted update; duplicate markers expire after one minute. These records are used for abuse prevention, not advertising.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and whether visitors use contact actions, such as calling, opening WhatsApp, getting directions or successfully sending an inquiry. Our custom events do not include names, phone numbers, project locations or message text. Only recognised public page URLs are eligible, with query strings and fragments removed. We skip events when a referring URL may contain sensitive details. Vercel also processes technical request information for statistics, such as device/browser type, approximate location and a short-lived visitor identifier. This does not mean your network address is invisible to the service. We do not use these events to build advertising profiles.
Technical requests and hosting
Your browser sends your IP address and technical information when requesting any website. Our host, and Cloudflare if used in front of it, may process request URLs, browser headers, timestamps and security or access logs. Their retention settings are separate from this website. Avoid placing personal details in website URLs.
Cookies, browser storage and passwords
This website has no user accounts, passwords or payment forms. It does not save inquiry details in cookies, local storage, session storage or a database. Entered form details remain on the page until you clear them, navigate away or successfully submit. Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore a page. You can use “Clear entered details” to clear the current form; it does not erase messages already sent. Vercel describes Web Analytics as cookie-free; hosting security features and external services may have separate cookie policies.
External services
Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to services with their own privacy notices. Calling or emailing may open an application on your device. We do not embed a map or load WhatsApp on this website. The links contain our business destination details, not your inquiry form values. Any email you send can include your sender address and message; a call can disclose caller ID, and WhatsApp can disclose your number and profile. Those communications remain in the relevant services and devices. Website images and fonts are served from the site; visiting does not submit your information to an AI service.
Request deletion of your information
There is no website account to delete. You can ask us to delete inquiry emails and related personal information we hold. Use the link below to open a deletion request in your email app, then send it. We will ask only for the information needed to locate your inquiry and verify the request using your existing contact details. Please do not send identity documents or repeat your full project message.
Request data deletion by email
We will review and remove records we control, address provider-held copies where possible, and confirm the outcome or explain anything that must be retained. Opening or sending the request does not instantly delete email-provider backups, another person’s messages or records held by WhatsApp, Google Maps or your own service providers. We may update this notice when the website or our handling of inquiries changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
